Go Hyun-jung In "Starry Night"

Actress Go Hyun-jung will become the president of an entertainment agency.

At the 2024 KT Group Media Day held at Novotel Ambassador in Seoul on Monday, the original lineup of Genie TV was unveiled. Go Hyun-jung plans to appear in this year's "Starry Night" (feature). It is her first return to the small screen in three years since "Reflection of You" (2021). She appeared on Netflix's "Mask Girl" last year.

This drama is about Kang Soo-hyeon (Go Hyun-jung), the CEO of an entertainment agency, being kicked out of the company and receiving long-term trainee Jin-woo (Ryeoun) instead of severance pay. It is directed by Han Sang-jae, the director for seasons 8-17 of "Rude Miss Young-Ae Season 9" (2011-2019) and "Cold Blooded Intern" (2023). The work is written by Uhm Sung-min (2018). It will also be aired on Monday and Tuesday of ENA.

This year, there are only six ENA dramas, including "The Midnight Studio" which is on air. Starting with "Crash", starring Lee Min-ki and Heo Sung-tae, "Your Honor - 2024", starring Son Hyun-joo and Kim Myung-min, "To My Hae-ri", starring Shin Hye-sun and Lee Jin-uk, "Drunk Romance" starring Kim Sejeong and Lee Jong-won-I, and "Starry Night". "Parole Examiner Lee Han-shin" starring Go Soo and Kwon Yuri, which will be the grand prize winner of the Studio Genie series, will air on tvN.
