"Empress ki" stays strong during Sochi Olympics

"Empress ki" came in first despite the drop in percentage.

According to Nielsen Korea, MBC drama "Empress ki" rated 13.3% which is 2.6% lower than the previous episode.

The number of viewers watching the Sochi Olympic Games in other stations expanded and therefore the percentage should return to normal when the games are over.

Ta-na Sil-li (Baek Jin-hee) lost all power because of Gi Seung-nyang (Ha Ji-won). When it turned out that the poison drink was actually Tanasili's idea, her dethroning was demanded by the palace and the Queen Mother (Kim Seo-hyung) rid her of all her powers and drove her out.

Meanwhile, SBS "Sochi 2014" and KBS 2TV "2014 Sochi Winter Olympics" rated 11.1% and 15.0% respectively.
