A dozen of Seoul's hunkiest firefighters have posed for a charity calendar for next year.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government said the calendar is available at online shopping site GS Shop, with all proceeds to be used to help burn victims from low-income families.

The calendar has been produced since 2014, featuring the 12 winners of a contest to pick the "hottest" firefighters. A combined 15,911 copies were sold in the first two years.

In 2015, W16.48 million was raised from calendar sales, enough to pay for the treatment of two burn patients (US$1=W1,150). This year, the city raised W95 million (W55 million from calendar sales and W40 million in corporate donations) and helped 23 burn patients get treatment.

The new calendar was shot by photographer Oh Joong-seok and designed by the staff of fashion magazine Elle free of charge. GS Shop chipped in W20 million for the project.
