Members of Korean Connection gather to show their support for K-pop in Seoul on Monday.

Korean Connection, a K-pop fan club from France, is set to show its love for the genre by staging a performance in synch with hit songs in downtown Seoul.

Some 64 members of the fan group will imitate the dance moves of K-pop bands in front of the Korea Tourism Organization's headquarters on Wednesday for 30 minutes from 4:30 p.m., the KTO said on Tuesday.

They will also have opportunities to lean more about the country and experience Korean culture, such as making rice cake and learning how to wear hanbok, or Korean traditional outfits.

Korean Connection is led by Maxime Pacquet, a Korean adoptee with French parents. The club, which now has 6,000 members, drew international attention by staging an ad hoc protest in front of the Louvre Museum in Paris in May of last year, when it demanded that SM Entertainment's singers extend their concert in the French capital to a second day.
