Girls' Generation Achieves Breaks Record

A new song by star girl group Girls' Generation entitled "Hoot" ranked atop both the Korean and Japanese music charts.

The second single album of Girls' Generation, "Gee", which had been released on October 20 in Japan, had already sold as many as 66,000 copies during the first week after release, and ranked in second place on the Oricon single chart.
