Go Champ to Appear in Ad for Instant Noodles

Baduk or go champion Lee Se-dol will be appearing in an ad for instant noodles since Lee has become sought-after for commercials after a series of matches against Google DeepMind's proto-artificial intelligence program AlphaGo in March.

Food manufacturer Nongshim said Tuesday that Lee recently finished shooting for its new ad along with his daughter.

The new ad for its most popular instant noodle brand will be airing soon.
