Gyeonggi Province Seeks Cultural Exchanges with Shanghai

According to the Gyeonggi provincial government on August 3, the province is seeking cultural industry exchanges with the city of Shanghai, China. An exchange program would aim to assist Gyeonggi enterprises that produce cultural contents such as cartoons and animated films advance to the Chinese market.
The Gyeonggi Digital Art Hive (DAH) is preparing to sign a memorandum of understanding regarding cultural exchange and cooperation with the Shanghai Multimedia Park (SMP) in the Changning District of Shanghai.
Accordingly, the provincial government sent an official letter to the SMP on July 25 proposing to sign an agreement and form working-level liaison teams. In reply, the SMP said, "Let's form a joint subcommittee to prepare for the signing of an agreement, and hold concrete discussions on the content of the agreement and a schedule for the subcommittee".
