Hallyu fever in Japan is switching from drama to screen. Korean movies are making all sorts of plentiful records and leading the second heyday of Hallyu.

Korean movies boom begun with "April Snow" (Director Heo Jin-ho, Production Blue Storm) is maintained to "A Moment To Remember" (Director John H. Lee, Production Sidus Pictures) and "Sympathy For Lady Vengeance" (Director Park Chan-wook, Production Moho Film) and is creating a sensation.

Two Korean movies entitled "Blue Sky" will be screening at the similar time.

Followed by "Mutt Boy" starring Jung Woo-sung and Kim Kab-soo (Director Kwak Gyeong-taek, Production Jininsa Film) met first the fans from Nov. 12. In Japan, Kim Rae-won and Im Soo-jung's movie (Director Lee Eon-hee, Production Dreammax) will screen from Dec. 10 with the title of "Blue Sky in the Rain".

Contrary to "A Moment To Remember" ranked the second in the box office for 5 weeks, Jeong showed a totally different character in his other movie, so the fans feel Jeong's new attractiveness.

Since Kim Rae-won's TV drama "Cat on the Roof" attracted Japanese, Kim became one of Hallyu star. He'll have a fan meeting on Dec. 4 in Tokyo.

Next year various Korean movies such as "My Boyfriend Is Type-B" starring Lee Dong-gun and Han Ji-hye, Kwon Sang-woo's new action noir film "The Wild Beast" and Daisy featuring Jung Woo-sung and Jun Ji-hyun will be introduced in Japan. It is expected to keep the boom of Korean movies in Japan.
