HanCinema was founded by Cédric Collemine during the summer 2003 in Korea as a way to present and organize Korean films, directors and actors to non-Korean reading audience.
Along the years, the database has kept growing with the addition of Korean dramas to currently feature 3025 films, 1718 dramas, 11629 people (actors, directors, staff members), 921659 images, 98112 pieces of news and 15732 videos, making HanCinema one of the most comprehensive English websites on Korean cinema and TV. And still growing everyday.
