N Seoul Tower is located in the heart of Seoul on Mt. Namsan. Every year thousands of people hike (or take the cable car) up it to gaze apon Korea's capital city. Couples come to share the experience and mark their love with padlocks, messages, and wishes for the future. Namsan also has a few excellent resturants, cafes, a number of observations posts, as well as regular cultural performances.
