Choi Jin-hyuk's management company, G-Tree Creative has reacted negatively to rumors about Choi Jin-hyuk. They are threatening a legal response and have outlined a plan of attack if the rumors do not stop.
As has been consistently demonstrated by Choi Jin-hyuk and others, the reason for the departure was because "The Last Empress" received an extension. Due to other scheduling commitments, Choi Jin-hyuk was unable to continue for these final episodes. There are no credible indications that acrimony had any bearing on the decision.
