[HanCinema's News] Oh Da-young Replaces Hyeon Sol-ip as Director on "Oh My Ladylord"

A person associated with the production of the upcoming drama "Oh My Ladylord" has confirmed that Hyeon Sol-ip has been fired from the project. Her replacement is Oh Da-young. "Oh My Ladylord" will be the first head director credit for Oh Da-young although she's not newbie to the field of directing. Her past credits as assistant director include "Let's Eat - Season 2", "Woman with a Suitcase", "Lookout", "Bad Papa", and "Golden Garden".

The exact reasons for Hyeon Sol-ip's dismissal are unknown. She had recently been referred to a disciplinary committee due to an internal complaint. "Oh My Ladylord" is a romantic comedy that stars Lee Min-ki and Nana in the leading roles as a drama writer and a drama actress. It will be the first major drama for MBC this year following a broader reorganization over January and February. "Oh My Ladylord" is expected to start airing sometime in March.
