[HanCinema's News] Script for "Decision to Leave" Tops Bestseller List

According to figures released by YES24, the screenplay for "Decision to Leave" is currently the bestselling book on its online book sales services. The script for the melodrama film credits director Park Chan-wook and screenwriter Jeong Seo-kyeong as the authors. The screenplay is not yet available for purchase, but preorders were accepted beginning on July 18th. Ever since then, "Decision to Leave" has stayed atop of the YES24 sales figures in all categories.

The "Decision to Leave" screenplay has surged in interest compared to screenplays for previous books from Park Chan-wook and Jeong Seo-kyeong. These include a 520% increase compared to the screenplay from "Thirst" from 2016 and a 423% boost compared to the screenplay from "The Handmaiden" from that same year. The screenplay for "Decision to Leave" will sees its official release in bookstores across South Korea on August 5th.
