[HanCinema's News] "The World of the Married" Tops Good Data Report

2020/04/08

"The World of the Married" once again topped the Good Data Report this week for dramas, as the drama has quickly catapulted into a major pop culture fixture. Three stars from the drama also appear on the list for performers. Lead actress Kim Hee-ae is number one and lead actor Park Hae-joon is number two and second lead Han So-hee ascended to second place in spite of her low billing.

"Hospital Playlist" was in second place with its highest ever rating. "Hospital Playlist" actually improved its overall metrics, just not enough to catch up with "The World of the Married". Though the drama has received broad praise for its ensemble, only lead actor Jo Jung-suk has presence on the list for performers at the distant rank of number ten.

"Hi Bye, Mama!" is number three on the list, having lost about as much interest as "Hospital Playlist" had gained as the drama heads into its final weeks. Much of the commentary regarding the drama has been critical, with viewers reacting increasingly negatively toward the story. Nevertheless, Kim Tae-hee still rates high in interest as a performer, ranking as number three on the list for actors.

The next three places in the list are held by "Hyena", "Find Me in Your Memory", and "A Piece of Your Mind". The Good Data Report is produced by the Good Data Corporation and based on various social media metrics. The data for this particular iteration of the report was collected from March 30th to April 5th.
