"Heaven's Promise" Lee Yu-ri's first take; where is she and who is this Candy?

2016/01/13 | Permalink | Source

Lee Yu-ri is the new Candy.

The new KBS 2TV drama "Heaven's Promise" is about the rollercoaster life of a woman whose love is trampled on.

Lee Yu-ri takes on the role of Lee Na-yeon, a smart and cheerful 'Candy' type of girl who runs a small lunchbox service. She doesn't mind doing the worst of jobs for the sake of her family and the ones she love.

She also takes on the role of Baek Do-hee, a weekly magazine reporter who is haughty and bad-tempered. The two characters that Lee Yu-ri takes on are completely opposites from each other.

Lee Yu-ri's first making of the drama took place on the 9th. She appeared in a ponytail and jumper to look like the innocent looking character but her beauty stood out in the make-up and disguise.

Lee Yu-ri went through her first day well and she said, "It's great to be back in KBS and I'm having a great time. This weekly drama has got me burning with passion for it so you can look forward to the 1st of February to watch it!"
