As Hanryu(Korean Wave) star Park Eun-hye who starred in a Korean drama 'Dae Jang Geum' gets a love call from Hong Kong's national actor Stephen Chow Sing-Chi, Taiwan's daily newspapers made a feature of this love call which said that HK Superstar Stephen Chow Sing-Chi wants to shoot a movie with Dae Jang Geum (Jewel in the Palace) star Park Eun-hye.

The actress, who's shooting a TV Drama in Hong Kong (called Silence) starring a member of boyband F4, could star in Chow's follow up to Kung Fu Hustle.

Chow said: "I want to work with the Korean Wave stars, especially Park Eun-hye". On this, Park commented: "Even before I started acting, in my teens I was a fan of Chow's movies ... the fact he wants to work with me makes me incredibly happy".

Park Eun-hye has been performed in Zzang(1998), Rec (2000), Dream of a Warrior(2001), and Daddy-Long-Legs (2005).

The Korean actress has recently emerged as a new "hallyu" star whose popularity in Taiwan is comparable to that of Lee Young-ae's. Television dramas starring Park have become enormously popular in Taiwan and other Chinese-speaking countries, and as a result she was cast to star in the Hong Kong series, receiving star treatment.

Park's popularity in Hong Kong has soared since the epic drama "Dae Jang Geum" was aired in Hong Kong.
