She commemorated the late Jonghyun in her speech and said, "It's not easy for an artist to comfort people, and being professional is good, but I hope more artists look back on themselves. No one should get sick by not telling anyone about it. I wish everyone a good night and that you have lots of fun. I hope you sleep well".

The words "I hope you sleep well" carry a special meaning.

At her Gwangju concert in November, Lee Ji-eun mentioned that she had insomnia so saying, "Good night" to someone is special.

She gave the reason behind why she wrote the song "Night Letter". "When I'm awake at night, I feel all alone and I feel I'm the only one not being able to sleep. People should sleep at night, but why can't I? However, although I'm awake at night, regardless, I don't want anyone to be like me and I hope everyone sleeps well. I wrote the song with the thought that I'm glad I can look over you while you sleep".

"When I tell you I wish you sleep well, I mean it and that's the truth".

After she sang "Night Letter", she told the audience, "You heard the song so you should sleep well tonight. When I heard the demo for "Night Letter" it seemed like a love song and I wanted to make a romantic confession in a special way. That was 'good night'. Knowing that the people I love are sound asleep at a time when I'm awake comforts me and I wish these people sleep well and have good dreams. That's what "Night Letter" is about. Good night everyone".
