KCON 2016 presented by Toyota revealed today that the boy group ASTRO and R&B singer-songwriter DEAN will be joining the KCON 2016 Los Angeles lineup!
Celebrating its fifth anniversary, KCON USA is the world's largest Korean culture convention and music festival. KCON NY is returning to the Prudential Center and will expand to two nights of concerts running June 24-25. KCON LA kicks off a month later and takes place July 29-31 at the Staples Center and Los Angeles Convention Center.
Below are trailers and bios for each artist:

ASTRO, a boy group consisting of six members, recently released their debut mini-album this past February titled "Spring Up". The group first starred in their own web drama series, "To Be Continued", in August 2015, as well as their own reality television show "Astro OK! Ready" in January 2016. Since then, ASTRO has released their debut single titled 숨바꼭질 (HIDE & SEEK), and the music video alone has gained over 1.8 million views. Their official fan club has recently been titled AROHA (which stands for ASTRO Hearts All Fans).

DEAN, a South Korean R&B artist and multi-platinum songwriter, began his musical journey at age 16 as part of a crew with Korean rapper Keith Ape. By age 18, DEAN discovered his talent for singing and creating infectious melodies, and has since written songs for artists such as VIXX and EXO. Since starting his solo career, DEAN recently appeared at SXSW 2016's Spotify house as well as the Hypetrak stage, which was a first for an Asian artist.
