Kim Ji-soo, 'Hit and run' charged with a fine of 10 million won summary indicment

Actress Kim Ji-soo (real name Yang Seong-yoon) was charges with a fine of 10 million won.

The Seoul Central Police investigation department sector 5 summarized indictment of 10 million won in fine under the Additional Punishment Law on Specific Crimes in charges for a runaway vehicle.

According to the prosecutors, Kim is being charged for driving away after hitting Mr. Yoo's (56) taxi. She was driving on October 5th around 8:50 PM after having a few drinks.

After the accident she confessed through her entertainment company, "I had had some champagne with close people and hit the taxi, then I was scared and just wanted to get out of there. I am so sorry".

Meanwhile, Kim has a record of drunk driving on an alcohol percentage of 0.175% (average drunk driving 0.05%) sometime in the year 2000.
