Kim Min-joon comes back with a film for the first time in 3 years.
"Sorikkun" is the story of comfort women and a sequel to the 2016 film "Spirits' Homecoming" by director Cho Jung-rae. "Sorikkun" is a sageuk drama about pansori based in the late Joseon times, depicting the sorrows experienced by vocalists during the era.
Meanwhile, "Sorikkun" begins filming in later this year and it's going to be released in 2020.
