Actor Kim Rae-won settled things with the assailant that hit his car and ran.

On the 13th, Kang Nam Police said, "For the charges of hitting Kim Rae-won's imported car and then driving away booked Mr. Kim but him and Kim Rae-won settled things".

According to the police, Mr. Kim was very drunk on the night of the 2nd and around 4 AM hit Kim Rae-won's car that was parked out in Sinsa-dong then drove away about 18km before getting caught in 20 minutes by a nearby restaurant employee who followed him.

The police in charge of this case said, "He was drunk, but he had hit a stationary car and there was no one hurt so it was agreed upon the two people".

Meanwhile, Kim was driving with an alcohol does of over 0.128% which is enough to get his license canceled.
