KOCCA (Korea Creative Content Agency) release the application called "MANHWA"

MANHWA, which means Comics in Korean, provides English version of famous Korean comic series such as Again, Ikki, Kingdom of the Winds etc. It contains 53 cartoon series with 30 pages of the preview for free.

It has 'Cut View' features unlike other cartoon application, which you can read them cut by cut with various graphic and sound effects. You can preview each cartoon easily and quickly as well.

After KOCCA update the app later on, and then you can purchase more cartoons through it.

The MANHWA app could be downloaded at Apple app store and Android market place with the search of 'MANHWA' or 'kocca'. After downloading it, you need to set your device's language as English for full experiences.
