It is in charge of the grant, ODA, which is the initial of Official Development Assistance, which means in easy word 'aid'. Korean ODA focuses more on building infrastructure, which developing countries need more help with. Western countries usually identify ODA programs themselves, but Korea's ODA program is mainly focused on the needs of the developing countries. Our ODA program is closer to the needs of developing countries.
