It was 1998 when the South experienced the IMF crisis and the change of the regime, and the North experienced famine known as the March of Suffering. A time of chaos for those who defend the ideology of North and South Korean. Han Jeong-min, a former North Korean elite, will be dispatched to the South on a mission to obtain and send South Korean film that Kim Jong-il wants to see. Among them, the only movie you can't find is "Untitled." Eventually, in the face of the crisis of mission failure, Jeong-min decides to make his own film.
However... the genre is SF, the screenwriter is a part-timer at a bonesetter's office,
the actors are former erotic actors, homeless people, conspiracy theorists, loan sharks?! Will Jeong-min be able to successfully make a movie?
