Lee Byung-hun's Trial Still On

A lawsuit between top star Lee Byung-hun and his ex-girlfriend identified as Kwon for breach of promise is to resume.
According to the Seoul Central District Court, Kwon has now submitted documents due Monday; if she had not, the court was determined to drop her lawsuit.
Kwon sued Lee at the end of last year claiming she suffered mental and physical anguish when Lee lured her into a sexual relationship with a false promise of marriage, but she failed to report for two trial dates so far. In that event a plaintiff needs to apply for an extension by a certain date or the case is automatically dropped.
The next trial date is July 14.
