Lee Jin-uk's rape accuser, false accusation arrest warrant denied

The warrant for the arrest on the woman who accused Lee Jin-uk of rape, has been denied.

A suspect questioning was held on the 1st of August but a warrant for her arrest has been put on hold.

The reason for this is because at this stage, the evidence and statement isn't enough to find reason or need to arrest her.

According to police, the woman changed what she initially said in the first place and admitted to her false accusations.

Actor Lee Jin-uk who is the victim of this case has suffered a loss of over 10 billion won and the accuser faces up to 10 years of prison time and 1.5 million in fines.
