"When I choose roles, they should be ones that I feel attracted to, and my next concern would be to find a part that I can do well in portraying the character", Lee said at a press event for the series in Seoul on Monday.
"Personally, I don't know exactly how tough the job market is especially for married women, but I know that many of them who quit their jobs to care for children after marriage want to join the workforce again", she added.
In the series, co-star Lee Jong-suk plays a best-selling writer, and is expected to excite fans with a romantic chemistry with Lee. "I have mostly appeared in fantasies or serious dramas, but this time I feel pressured as it is my first romantic comedy", he said.
