Park So-dam is slated to play the titular Lee Nan-young in "Lee Nan-young". The singer/actress's life is most certainly the stuff of movies as she was born of humble beginnings in a time of war and rose to stardom on sheer talent and effort. This biopic, "Lee Nan-young", has been happily added to the HanCinema database.

Synopsis
A biopic chronicling the life of the famous woman behind the voice of the 1935 hit "Tears of Mokpo". Born during the Japanese occupation and raised on Jeju Island, Lee Ok-rye rises from humble beginnings to stardom as her stage name, Lee Nan-young. This is her story.
