Lee Young-ae's Comeback "Inspector Koo" and Ahn Eun-jin's "The One and Only" Confirmed for JTBC

Lee Young-ae's comeback drama "Inspector Koo" and "The One and Only" starring Ahn Eun-jin, have confirmed JTBC programming.

The production company KeyEast said on the 20th, "The 12-episode "Inspector Koo", which made headlines as Lee Young-ae's first drama comeback in four years, will be aired in October as JTBC's Friday-Saturday drama and will begin filming in June. The drama "The One and Only" is scheduled to air on JTBC in December".

"Inspector Koo" is about an insurance investigator named Goo Kyeong-i (Lee Young-ae) who knows nothing but games and alcohol, digging into a mysterious serial murder case that is completely disguised as an accident.

In addition to Lee Young-ae, rookie Kim Hye-jun has been selected to play Kei, and a large number of solid supporting actors such as Kwak Sun-young and Kim Hae-sook are expected to participate.

"The One and Only" is a human melodrama in which a woman who is terminally ill and a man whose life is in the gutters are entangled in a murder case and become someone precious in each other's life. It is produced in 16 episodes.

Ahn Eun-jin, Park Sung-hoon, Park Soo-young (Red Velvet Joy) and Go Doo-shim have been cast in "The One and Only" and are preparing to start filming in July.
