[Lily's Take] Ha Jung-woo Receives Appreciation Plaque from Korea's Defense Security Command

Because the movie "Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds" is still taking over the theaters and is about to hit 13 million viewers, Director Kim Yong-hwa and actor Ha Jung-woo received an Appreciation Plaque from Korea's Defense Security Command.

"Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds" is about a man who dies and is escorted to the underworld by 3 angels of death. As he travel the seven hells of the underworld in 49 days, the movie teaches us the true meaning of life and values we must cherish in our lives.
In the movie, the protagonist's younger brother is a huge part of the story as he becomes an evil spirit after his sudden death in the army. Actor Ha Jung-woo, who plays the role of Kang-rim in the movie, leads the cast as he investigates the mystery behind the death of this unfortunate soldier. As the movie gains popularity and the safety issue of Korea's military is brought once again to the forefront, Korea's Defense Security Command presented an Appreciation Plaque for "Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds" director and the main actor. Defense Security Command added at the ceremony that "Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds" spotlighted the department through the process of Kang-rim's investigation and they've prepared the plaque to express their gratitude.
