The posters tell the stories of each character:

Hye-won, who is played by Kim Tae-ri, visits her hometown for a break from her life and failure in the city. In the warm spring days, she bikes across the field, feeling the gentle breeze of flowers budding and sunshine on her. She looks to be deep in thought as she watches the rain falling in summer. In the fall and winter, Hye-won is content as she finds peace with herself and now knows the direction she must take in her life.

Jae-ha, played by Ryu Jun-yeol, came back to the country side to explore something different in life, is captured laboring on the farm. His loving gaze towards the rice field and cautious handling of fruits tells us that he, too, has found the right place. As the green pastures slowly change color, Jae-ha's busy mind slowly find the happiness he was lacking in the city.

Eun-sook, played by Jin Ki-joo, is waiting for something exciting to happen in her dull, repetitive life. Her mischievous smile shines brightly on a hot summer day. As she brings her motorcycle across the snowy field in winter, she is full of hope and purpose.

These posters each present the unique personalities of each character and evoke curiosity for how the three will find their happiness. "Little Forest" may focus on the three young men and women in their 20s, but the message it tells applies to people of all ages who are trying to find purpose and happiness in life. As the movie shows the life of Hye-won, Jae-ha, Eun-sook, and many other characters, Director Yim Soon-rye suggests the heartwarming idea of life's purpose by conveying the message: "It's okay to live your life the way you want it".

"Little Forest" is scheduled to be released in February, inviting all to join this little break from our exhausting daily life.
