3rd Green Film Festival in Seoul

Kicking off yesterday, the festival will show a total of 108 movies from 28 countries with its main focus on environmental issues. The festival consists of five non-competitive and one competitive section. In Green Panorama section, internationally acclaimed documentaries, feature and animation films will be shown. Along with films that deal with serious environment issues, the festival also screens various films for children in the section of Children of the Earth. In the retrospective section, instead of collecting works by one renowned director, a verity of popular Korean films from 1950s to 2000s will be screened to show what changes Seoul has gone through during the period. The festival's venues include Starsix Multiplex Theater, Ewha Girls' High School Centennial Hall and Seoul Museum of History in downtown Seoul. Ticket prices range from 5,000 won to 10,000 won.
