[Orion's Daily Ramblings] Byun Hee-bong up for Villain Role in "Neighborhood Lawyer Jo Deul-ho 2: Crime and Punishment"

2018/11/20 | 334 views | Permalink

According to one exclusive piece by StarNews, veteran actor Byun Hee-bong will be making his return to the small screen after 2016 drama "Blow Breeze", joining Park Shin-yang and Go Hyun-jung in "Neighborhood Lawyer Jo Deul-ho 2: Crime and Punishment". The actor will be portraying a villain.

As usual, I treat exclusives with a degree of caution, but if Byun Hee-bong confirms, he will be playing Gook Hyeon-il, the chairman of Gook Il Group, and a main antagonist. He is someone who helps the Head of Planning & Coordination, Lee  Ja-kyeong, whom the news lists as played by Go Hyun-jung.

I'm guessing that is the original identity of the woman in disguise we know as Lim Jeong-hee. The two will therefore be a double force against our lawyer dearest, Jo Deul-ho (Park Shin-yang). Byun Hee-bong is such a beloved, versatile actor, and he'll be a great addition to "Neighborhood Lawyer Jo Deul-ho", the second season of which will be premiering in January.
