[Orion's Daily Ramblings] First Teaser for "Room No.9" Takes Us to the Beginning

2018/08/30 | 746 views | Permalink

The titular room must carry quite the supernatural energy on it, or then the people in it do. The first teaser for upcoming soul-swap drama "Room No.9" is simple, short, and sweet, while at the same time showing us its concept and the three main leads.

In the video, we see Kim Hee-sun's character, Eul Ji-hae-i, filling out the case files for her fellow heroine, Jang Hwa-sa. The prisoner looks nervous, and the narration makes me join her. "That is where it all started", it says. I wonder if this refers to the room, the first meeting of the two women, or both. And what about our mystery man, Gi Yoo-jin (Kim Young-kwang), and his role in their fate?

It's a simple, but effective first little look. I don't really need to see anything but the two ladies facing off for a drama clearly built around that bond. We'll have plenty of time for juicier videos ahead, as "Room No.9" will be premiering on September 29th on tvN.
