The casting deities are restless, and many upcoming dramas are really going all out on their leads and supporting folks alike. I'm eager to see some of these works, so pray to said deities that 2019 doesn't let us down.
Role Role Role Your Boat
The new year casting spree has hit us hard. "He Is Psychometric" has its main folks, while "The Banker" goes all out with Chae Si-ra and Yoo Dong-geun joining Kim Sang-joong. "Legal High" gets a great supporting trio, but the offers are as fun as the confirmations. Netflix's "I am Alone" is courting Yoon Hyun-min and Ko Sung-hee, and I will give my soul to the current line-up wanted for "When the Devil Calls Your Name". "My Country" is looking to the up-and-coming side with Woo Do-hwan and Yang Se-jong, while Jang Ki-yong is getting mighty busy.
Upcoming Drama Goodies
"The Best Chicken" is here with finger-licking revenge and a new video, while OCN's "Trap - Drama" makes a foreboding entry with its first teaser. "The Crowned Clown" has a new poster and a fresh teaser for Lee Se-young's queen, while Jo Deul-ho makes his return wild west style in the first teaser for "Neighborhood Lawyer Jo Deul-ho 2: Crime and Punishment". "Liver or Die" has released script reading stills of its impressive cast, and then proceeded to crush my emotions with a teaser poster.
The holidays and other house management has kept me a bit busy, but I hope to at least get back to "Children of Nobody" this week, and maybe find some time for "Memories of the Alhambra" as well. Avoiding spoilers is harder the more shows you start eying. What dramas will keep you company this holiday season?
