[Orion's Ramblings] Uhm Ji-won Courted for TvN Drama Written by "Train to Busan" Director Yeon Sang-ho

Dramaland is once again pulling out all the stops with "The Method", a woman-centric drama of epic credit proportions. Aside from courting the ever wonderful Uhm Ji-won, the upcoming tvN drama is set to be written by "Train to Busan" writer and director Yeon Sang-ho, and to be helmed by PD Kim Yong-wan, who wrote and directed the movie "Champion".

I'll give you a moment to recover from all of that yes-ness... Are we good? Good. "The Method" is reportedly an occult thriller about the country's largest company being controller by an evil spirit, and a girl and a reporter who are fighting to stop it. Uhm Ji-won has been offered the role of Im Jin-hee, the reporter. A young girl and Uhm Ji-won fighting against evil. Please take a moment to recover again...

Following reports on Yeon Sang-ho's ("Psychokinesis", "The Fake", "King of Pigs") involvement, tvN clarified that he will be on board "The Method" as a writer, not a director, and that they are currently in the process of discussing the drama's formation.

The formation of an ecstatic smile on my face, on the other hand, has already been achieved. "The Method" is a straight shot right up my alley. Now just cast someone like Heo Yool ("Mother - Drama", "The Guest - Drama") or Shin Rin-ah ("The Item", "Two Lives One Heart"), if that's the age we're going for, and watch me cry of happiness.
