Park completed her internship at the French restaurant Pierre Orsi and American restaurant Chez Panisse after graduating from The Culinary Institute of America. She taught at a culinary school in Japan but this will be her first time hosting a cooking program.

Park Ri-hye, who has already published her first cook book, will introduce healthy dishes she often made for her husband. For the first show, she presents doenjang jjigae, or soybean paste stew, green chili seasoned with doenjang, and some salads. She also shares some anecdotes about her life after getting hitched and her feelings about her husband's return to Korea.

"After I decided to host the cooking show, my husband promised me his full support", she said, "I hope my homemade dishes will help viewers learn how to prepare healthy meals".
