Park Si-hoo's key to tight muscles was revealed on SBS "TV News At Night" on the 10th.
Having already revealed his simple work out methods before, this time he revealed his diet menu. His lunch box included bananas, potatoes and boiled eggs.
About the bananas he said, "I eat little at a time so I eat one of them every 2~3 hours often. It has a lot of fiber so it helps with constipation too. It's very good for women".
Meanwhile, Park Si-hoo explained some daily lifestyle work outs for the abs, chest and others.
