Ra Mi-ran and Yeom Hye-ran are co-starring in "Citizen of a Kind".

According to film sources, they are currently going into detailed negotiations.

"Citizen of a Kind" is based on a true story about a homemaker in her 40s going through all possible means to capture a voice phishing gang leader. It is director Park Yong-ju's first commercial film. Ra Mi-ran plays the main character, Deok-hee, and for the second time, stars in a film directed by a female director.

Yeom Hye-ran plays Bong-rim, who captures the gang leader along with Deok-hee.

In the Korean film industry, female led movies are rare and movies led by middle-aged female actors are even more unusual. It is nice to see a film led by women actors in their 40s and 50s in the Korean film industry, where commercial films starring actresses in their 20s and 30s are also rare.
