SBS Follows the Double Role Trend

2018/01/31 | 1126 views | Permalink | Source

SBS dramas are making use of double roles with "Switch - Change The World" and "The Good Witch".

"Switch - Change The World" stars Jang Geun-suk as the leading character(s), Investigator Baek Joon-soo and genius fraud Sa Do-chan. Jang Geun-suk sees this as a turning point in his acting career. Writer Baek Woon-cheol and director Nam Tae-jin are working on "Switch - Change The World".

The newest weekend drama "The Good Witch" stars Lee Da-hae in two roles. She plays twin sisters Cha Sun-hee and Cha Do-hee. "The Good Witch" is written by Yoon Yeong-mi and directed by Oh Se-kang.

It's not easy for an actor to play a double role. However, if they are successful, it is a lot of fun to see two characters at the same time. Yang Se-jong from OCN "Duel", Uhm Ki-joon from "Defendant", Song Seung-heon from "Black" and Song Chang-eui from KBS "My Man's Secret", and Jo Jung-suk from MBC "Two Cops" successfully pulled off double roles.
