Seoul city will keep curbing the use of old diesel vehicles and fining drivers caught with them from December to March every year, when fine-dust pollution usually soars.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government is also considering whether to make an odd-even number plate rotation on alternate days for government cars a regular fixture and even expanding it to civilian cars.
It is also mulling limits on public companies' heating consumption in winter.
