Actor Shin Jae-ha will appear in "Taxi Driver 2".

The agency J,Wide-Company said on the 16th, "Shin Jae-ha was cast in SBS' new Friday-Saturday drama "Taxi Driver 2" (writer Oh Sang-ho and director Lee Dan).

Based on the webtoon of the same name, "Taxi Driver 2" is a crime drama about a criminal entertainment company called 'Rainbow Transport', a secret taxi company that acts as an agent for private revenge for unjust victims who are not protected by the law, and 'public power'.

Following "Taxi Driver", which boasted high ratings last year, Shin Jae-ha will newly join as On Ha-joon, an innocent and new rainbow transportation engineer in "Taxi Driver 2" which heralds the true value of the more powerful caper.

Shin Jae-ha, who has consistently communicated with viewers through various works with stable acting and attractive pace such as tvN's "Prison Playbook", MBC's "Welcome 2 Life", SBS' "VIP", and tvN's "My Unfamiliar Family". Attention is already focusing on how he will play in this work, which he chose as his first return after being discharged from the military in 2020.

Meanwhile, "Taxi Driver 2" is scheduled to air in the first half of 2023.
