The episode of tvN's 'Name List' this week revealed their list introducing "People who make you want to go on a diet".

The winner of this list was So Ji-sub. So Ji-sub actually lost 7 Kilograms within a month and half through the diet excluding carbs and alcohol and consuming only sweet potatoes and chicken breasts.

The runner-up was actress Cho Yeo-jeong. Cho Yeo-jeong shared her secret tips on how she could achieve the perfect body while her lower body used to be cubby previously. Cho Yeo-jeong went through a systematic diet and did 30 minute jogging daily and Pilates. Cho Yeo-jeong said she paid attention on her weight everyday throughout the year based on controlling her diet and doing her exercises
