Since the news about the Song Joong-ki's and Song Hye-kyo's October 31st wedding broke, the two actors and their agencies have not only shared official statements about their upcoming nuptials, but have written heartfelt messages to their fans about the union.

According to Song Joong-ki's agency Blossom Entertainment and Song Hye-gyo's agency UAA, they "express gratitude for the Korean and foreign fans who support and love actors Song Joong-ki and Song Hye-kyo. We understand that this is a sudden announcement. Because marriage is not just for the individual and involves family, we had to proceed cautiously. Thank you for understanding".

The Song-Song couple -- as they are affectionately known by netizens -- wrote messages in their respective fan cafes. Song Joong-ki confided in his fans that he and Song Hye-kyo promised to spend their lives at the start of the 2017 new year. He also promised to live as a great actor and a reliable family man and asks for everyone's support. Meanwhile, Song Hye-kyo wrote about how Song Joong-ki slowly won her over with his steady faith and trust. "I am thankful that he cares sincerely about me, and I was able to confirm that I care sincerely about him".

Congratulations to Song Joong-ki and Song Hye-kyo on their upcoming marriage!
