[Spoiler] "Angel Eyes" Nam Ji-hyun receives eyes from Kang Ha-neul's mother

2014/04/06 | Permalink | Source

Nam Ji-hyun was given Kang Ha-neul's mother's eyes.

On the second episode of the SBS weekend drama "Angel Eyes", Park Dong-joo (Kang Ha-neul / Lee Sang-yoon) and Yoon Soo-wan (Nam Ji-hyun / Ku Hye-sun) were torn apart.

Yoo Jeong-hwa (Kim Yeo-jin) was involved in a hit-and-run accident when she went out on a porridge delivery instead of sick Park Dong-joo. Her surgery went well but the hit-and-run driver ordered someone to poison her, which lead to her death.

While Dong-joo was mourning over his mother's death, Yoon Soo-wan received word that there was an eye donor. Yoo Jeong-hwa had planned to give her eyes to Yoon Soo-hwan.

Park Dong-joo remembered Yoon Soo-wan's surgery and said, "I will be there. You have to make it through" and left a letter next to her but her father Yoon Jae-beom (Jung Jin-young) hid it.

Park Dong-joo left to America for his sister's surgery. After a tragic parting, grown up Park Dong-joo returned to Korea at the end of the episode.
