On the third episode of the tvN drama "Basketball", Hong Byeo-ri (Jung In-sun) and Kang San (Do Ji-han) were furious at Min Chi-ho (Jung Dong-hyun) and Kong Yoon-bae (Gong Hyung-jin).

Hong Byeo-ri revealed the two faces of Min Chi-ho who was admired as the Chosun basketball hero and cornered him as a Japanese spy. However, Oh In-soo (Kang Tae-sung) asked him how people would like him so much if was a bad man.

In the past, Hong Byeo-ri's father never came back after signing up for labor advertised by Min Chi-ho. Hong Byeo-ri was then left all alone and resented Min Chi-ho who stood up for this Japanese policy.

He didn't tell Choi Sin-yeong (Lee Elijah) what was wrong as she couldn't help him and she was shocked to see the shack he led her to. Unlike the comfortable life she had, she was shocked at how different his life was.
