On the eleventh episode of KBS 2TV "Brain", Kang-hoon (Shin Ha-kyun) showed the romantic side of him with red medicine.

Kang-hoon who returned to the Cheonha University Hospital as Sang-cheol's individual researcher due to Jae-hak's (Lee Sung-min) rejection, got to spend some quality time with JI-hye (Choi Jung-won). Ji-hye was also a member of Kang-hoon's experiment team.

As she hurt her finger, Kang-hoon started treating her. He applied disinfectant and band aid on it and scolded her, "How many times has it been now? How could you be so careless and call yourself a doctor?" but still looking at her with romantic feelings.

However, the mood didn't continue. Ji-hye had to leave because of a call she got. The way she was muttering to herself cutely as she left lightened up the drama as it was full of dark clouds due to Kang-hoon.

Even this was temporary. At the end of the episode, Joon-seok (Jo Dong-hyuk) angered at Kang-hoon saying, "You accepted Ji-hye to piss me off?" to which Kang-hoon answered, "I see you're angry. I'm glad". What they didn't know was that Ji-hye had over heard this.
