"IRIS 2" Jang Hyuk killed himself along with his father.

On the final twentieth episode of the KBS 2TV drama "IRIS 2", Jeong Yoo-gun (Jang Hyuk) killed himself.

Yoo Joong-won (Lee Beom-soo) wanted to detonate the nuclear bomb that he stole in the middle of Seoul but was killed by the Iris killer Yoon Si-hyeok (Lee Joon).

The nuke was set so that the timer went off automatically when Yoon Joong-won died. NSS tried to dismantle the bomb and drop it in the sea but Jeong Yoo-gun insisted he did it.

He radio called Ji Soo-yeon (Lee Da-hae) and said, "I am happy, you are the one I love". She noticed he was about to do something dangerous and told him to come say it himself.

However, he said goodbye and said, "Father, I am almost there. Wait for me with mother".

Jeong Yoo-gun was shocked with the death of his father's suicide earlier in the episode. Already having been diagnosed with mental damage due to the piece of bullet in his head, Jeong Yoo-gun did something extreme.
