The office manager, Park Soon-bae (Maeng Sang-hoon) in lawyer, Oh Tae-gyoon (Choi Joon-yong)'s office offers Goo Dong-chi a deal to exchange Song A-reum (Kwak Ji-min)'s mobile phone and Kim Jae-sik's mobile phone, which implies there might be an important evidence in Kim Jae-sik's mobile phone. Later, Moon Hee-man finds out from the voice file of Kim Jae-sik's mobile phone that Oh Tae-gyoon and Park Soon-bae ordered to murder Goo Dong-chi.

Park Soon-bae with Oh Tae-gyoon ordered Kim Jae-sik to get rid of the current prosecutor, Goo Dong-chi, and Kim Jae-sik recorded everything that was discussed at the time. In the recording, Moon Hee-man confirms that it is Park Soon-bae's voice that ordered to kill once Oh Tae-gyoon asked him, "Wanna grind his bones".

Later, Moon Hee-man asks Lee Jong-gon handing out the phone to him, "Are you really going to kill him, Goo Dong-chi?". The person who ordered was the head of prosecutors' office, Lee Jong-gon.
