On the episode of "Protect the Boss" on the 7th, Chairman Cha allowed Eun-seol (Choi Kang-hee) and Ji-heon (Ji Sung) to have a relationship.

He was against their love at first as she was Ji-heon's secretary but when he found out that his son had an anxiety disorder and that she had been a big help, he was touched. He was about to move her to another department but asked her instead to stay next to Ji-heon and then gave permission to see each other.

While eating cold noodles with Eun-seol, Chairman Cha pointed out the way she was eating it. Eun-seol then said, "It's become a habit from eating ramyun". He then seemed like he was worried and said, "Did you eat so much ramyun that it's become a habit? No wonder you're so thin". At this Eun-seol replied, "Don't worry I am healthy".

He then couldn't hide the fact that he wanted her to be his daughter-in-law and said, "You have to be. You're going to be my family...I've decided to let you date my son. When he becomes better, I'll send you to study overseas. Don't you think you need to polish your education and status?"

He explained, "It's not that you are a problem but those who see you are the ones with a problem. I don't want you suffering from them later. There is one condition, though. You have to stick by him and persuade him to take over the management of my company". He had trusted her so much that he wanted to 'polish' her to become his daughter-in-law.

Eun-seol also decided she will clear things with Ji-heon and Moo-won and only increase her love for Ji-heon. However, Moo-won didn't seem to give up on her, so whatever the future events, the show hinted at more conflicts.
